Liv Køltzow (born 14 January 1945) is a Norwegian novelist, playwright, biographer and essayist. She published texts in the modernist literary magazine ''Profil''. She was regarded as one of the central Norwegian feminist writers during the 1970s, and the short novel ''Hvem bestemmer over Bjørg og Unni?'' (1972) has been called Norway's first pamphlet of the militant and socialist feminism in the 1970s. She received Gyldendal's Endowment in 1988, and was the first winner of the Amalie Skram Prize, in 1994. The novel ''Hvem har ditt ansikt'' was nominated for the Nordic Council's Literature Prize in 1989, but did not win the prize.
